What is the return policy?
At Drip Lad, all sales are final and we generally don't provide refunds unless we made a mistake or stated otherwise.
If there's an error on our part, we'll happily provide a refund, store credit or let you exchange your item.
What is the delivery time?
At Drip Lad, we use Royal Mail 1st class delivery to ensure your order reaches you within 1-3 days.
We send out all orders on the same day or the next working day if not possible.
Orders are sent out from Monday to Saturday.
